Residential Roofing
Composition shingles are the most common type of material used in residential roofing in the DFW area. We install all types of composition shingles including GAF, Certainteed, Owens Corning and Tamko. These shingles may vary from 20-year manufacturer’s warranty to 30, 40 or 50 year manufacturer’s warranty laminated shingles. They also include limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty premium composition shingles.
We can, also, offer you several options on wood shingles as well as simulated wood and simulated slate roofing products from companies such as Inspire, Da Vinci and Lamarite.
Repairs | Maintenance
If you think you need a repair and not an entire new roof, we can come inspect the problem and provide you with an estimate for repair. We perform repairs that range from replacing missing shingles to reflashing chimneys and skylights. We can inspect your roof and suggest maintenance items to prolong the life of your roof.
Ventilation
Many roofs are not sufficiently ventilated. We can check your roof and suggest different options for ventilation which include continuous ridge vent, wind turbines, power vents, solar power vents, etc. These exhaust ventilation options need to be balanced with intake ventilation. If needed, we can install soffit vents for the intake.
Commercial Roofing
Your commercial roofing needs can be met in several ways, depending on your situation. We offer the traditional built-up tar and gravel roof. We can, also, install a “modified built-up” roof or “cold process” roof, depending your needs and the situation.
